Well done Ed,this is an incredibly technical and tedious job but will be beautiful and well worth it.
Amazing! what a difference it makes with the ground level. It makes the yard look huge. Can't wait to see it lawned. Do you have to put a pool fence around the pool? In Australia it is a legal requirement to have a fence around the pool, high enough that a child cannot climb and with a secure gate.
Nice blank canvas, interested to see what garden/lawn design you come up with.

If you drag some concrete mesh over the top of the soil, it will level the soil and fill in the holes without compacting the soil too much for turfing. Sometimes, adding a bit of weight to the top of the mesh helps hold it to the ground. You could use the digger to drag it about.

Wow! Edd! Can't wait but will have to wait to see the new landscaping! Will the trees all bunched together towards front of property be thinned out/pruned. What is the theme? Oh. And yes! Oh not easy! My son is have a specialist cut down trees and putting up a large fence etc
