Eric, do a vlog about what medical coverage/s that is available to expats when you have the chance. By the way a friend (Manny Cordero-Frictions Band) of mine is the owner of the Street Blues Bar in Diamond, enter thru the BPI entrance area and his bar is on the first block on the left side, 2nd floor, If you want to jam he is open to it. This place is cool. I wouldn't change the decor. Just make necessary repairs, get the kitchen and menu ready and you're good to go. A bar and band on the roof sounds awesome.
The secret of the name of the Ysvan Hotel is that is the combined initials of the former management's kids (my niece & nephew), before it was the Tomobe Hotel. A lot of potential there.

I have to go back to your previous videos that I missed to see what was going on about the hotel.. your biscuits and gravy is what got me watching your YouTube channel because I am from south Louisiana and we eat lots of biscuits and gravy here.. FYI.. you might want to make the rooftop drunk proof and put up some good handrails so no drunk will fall off the top of the building..hehe.. after I arrive my Filipino fiance slash wife will definitely spend a week at your hotel and eat some of your food and drink a lot of your booze.. you really got me hooked now so I will be watching every video to see what is going on.. 👍 thanks 👍

Stayed there many times over the years when it was Tomobe. Had a nice massage place to the left where the sliding glass doors still remain. Oyo took over for short time during/after the virus scare. Thankfully Reddoorz (much better than Oyo) is now managing bookings. Super cheap rooms, under $10, through Agoda.
