I am interested in growing some asparagus this year using crowns from my existing asparagus bed. In other words, I want to create my own crowns to propagate to my new asparagus bed. I have watched your past videos on asparagus, but I did not see how to create your own crowns.

But, did not talk about soil type with the finger cultivators.. I'm sure it works best with real sandy soil. Down here in Louisiana where you have hard clay soil with clumps, I'm sure this would not work.
