  1. Ok, on the peppers; I'm from Puerto Rico, we call peppers aji, as a general rule. Aji dulce (Sweet peppers) are several varieties, then you go into the hot ones, used to make hot sauce and add to hot dishes. The most common would be aji caballero (capsicum frutenses). In south america peppers are called chillies. Also note; if you have a greenhouse, you can dig up your best peppers, pot them and overwinter them. Give them a a good trim first, so you don't bring bugs in the greenhouse. Peppers are perenial ( I have kept one alive for 6 years, then I forgot it outside and a frost killed it. )IF you want to save seeds; plant your sweet peppers away from the hot peppers, or your next generation will be a mess. Like sweets in the front of the house, hot in the back side.
On the rabbits give them all the hay they want to nest and add some more. Better an overbuilt nest than frozed kits.
Best of luck, I hope it's not a bad winter like last year.
