Hi There Love your plans for the future, one thing not to forget is the cardboard at the bottom of your raised bed. If you get chance you might like to have a look at a couple of videos I have put up. I Just Hit the the subscribe button. Take care and be safe.
It's looking lovely and ready to go. I'd say you might be able to do brassicas over winter without the polythene. Depends which ones you want, they are fairly hardy but have a long season and some are quite tall. Polythene is really good for getting things of to a headstart in spring, so a bed like that will be really useful.
Hi there you can't get fresher than outside your kitchen door, I like how you doing two types of pea will you go for early and main crop of them , you should be able to have winter brassica there with some planing should be able to crop from your garden all year round , look forward to seeing your garden produce some super crops. Stay safe Bill and val
Great to see the transformation of your garden. Fortunately you just have to go out the door to harvest your crops. Unfortunately I don't have a garden at home so have to walk for about 15 minutes to get to my allotment which is a bit bigger than your garden. I have 4 bed areas for my vegetables and 3 mini raised beds for strawberries, herbs and rhubarb(when I replace the crowns) and area for fruit trees/canes.
Very similar set up to my Central Scotland Garden. I even have the very same 4 fruit trees as you, but i did add another apple variety, and plum for pollination purposes. I have virtually the same tomato house, my first time trying tomatoes this year. Mate are we not to cold in Scotland to grow outdoor tomatoes, what is the variety of outdoor tomatoes your going to try mate ?
Looks great! Hello from rainy soggy Perth! I am trying San Marzano this year too, and Black Cherry because I am a semi retired goth. Looking forward to seeing them all come on
