  1. Would it be extra to have the kitchen on one end and the bathroom on the other end ?

  2. 8 in Snow with one collar tie! some ice the screws will pop Roof will blow out Randy.
wood ceiling adds more pressure this cottage needs warm climates

  3. I would remove the window under the mini split, and put a bed, with cupboards or closets, on either side of the bed.

  4. Live edge is awesome! I love the open floor plan. There was a butt load of storage space in that loft area👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾great work Mr Jones and ITH crew!!

  5. All I can say is wow. I would love to see this decorated. 💞 the washer/dryer hook up. I like the gas cook top. A microwave place. It looks so livable. I like the idea that everything is on one floor. No ladder to climb. Looks awesome.

  6. Working on sending a postcard to try to be in the quest for winning an increadible tiny home. If some of your followers would send a card for me I will repay them! I will pay shipment of course. Retired nurse Beate Moseidjord, Norway

  7. Beautiful design and floor plan Randy. I like that it's one level because as I'm getting older my knees going up and down steps is an issue so this would be right up my alley.

  8. What about having the door open out? That would free up some space. You're the best, Randy! Blessings to you.

  9. Randy had a ground floor only. [ think it was a 10 x24 that had a separate bedroom to the left of the door. I liked that better than having a bed in the middle of the living room. I dont want to live in a tiny home, I want to thrive on a tiny home.

  10. Hi Randy,Ace (whom I miss seeing). Randy you are so amazing. It is hard for me to choose which home I want built by ITH. Each design gets greater and greater and greater. Love it, Love it, Love it. Thank you for what you do

  11. This might be my favorite model.
You're getting rain there, we just got over a foot of heavy wet snow in northern Wisconsin. Stay dry.

  12. I don’t want people sitting on my bed.. I’m funny about that..but I think it will be great for other people.. b

  13. I really like this one! I would get a Murphy bed/couch conversion. Also, a big wooden cabinet for storage in the front room.

  14. If you wanted to separate the sleeping area from the livingroom/kitchen, you could use a portable partition (like a folding screen), put up an actual wall, use a curtain, or maybe even a few bi-fold doors to create a wall. I like the corner kitchen set up and the idea of putting some sort of counter seating area across from the kitchen cabinets in order to keep the table out of the livingroom area. As others have said, that wood siding is really cool and full of character! Again, I find myself wishing that we could have these in Massachusetts on our own pieces of land. It would be perfect for my 21 year old son…and for myself once all three kids are on their own!

  15. You and your crew are amazingly creative. Such craftsmanship – such ingenuity. 💚 to Ace 🐾

  16. I wish the sides of the live edge pieces to the right of the door were straight up and down. I see what you were going for, but that slant would make me crazy. I do like the overhang above the door.

  17. R u serious with these prices! Ur taking advantage of people who don't know any better. There's $5,000 in material n the DUCTLESS AC IS $4000 come on dude. This IS THE FUTURE FOR POOR PEOPLE! WE DONT TRY N SCREW POOR PEOPLE, WE HELP THEM!
