  1. Where can we see Japanese dwarf flying squirrels in Japan? Are they found around Japanese Gardens/Parks?

  2. Lovely place to take a break from the hustle and bustle.
    I would have liked me there 🙂 🙂

  3. We spent an afternoon there in November/2017. What a wonderful calm place in the middle of the city. We will be back later this year. Cliff.

  4. I keep looking at the thumbnail shot of Peter with Joji (sp?) leaning toward him. It's very evocative, a quiet intimate moment between father and son. It is even more so with this amazing island of peace surrounded by a noisy bustling city.

  5. Just a guess John, but I believe the bridge is not straight as it is a common design principle in Japanese gardens, straight paths and bridges allow evil spirits to traverse the path, where as broken/crooked pathways are meant to disorient spirits and essentially not allow them free passage…

  6. My guess about the bridge – the zigzagged parts are double width, it helps people squeeze past each other when the bridge is crowded. Alternately, it lets some people pause and stand in one spot (perhaps to take photos/selfies) while others pass them.

  7. When Peter hopped that fence I half expected muscular blonde dudes in pseudo futuristic clothing to arrest him and tell you that he would be executed.

    Only Star Trek TNG fans will understand that. :{

  8. Hey Peter I think your mask looks cool especially the PITTA ones that you had in the other video. I even went on Ebay and ordered a packet of black ones

  9. the wind noise on the mike is very annoying…need to get something to block it out…why is that guy wearing a face mask…
