Architects design a house inspired by Japanese term Komorebi

Located in an old part of the city, Komorebi, the house of shadows, is designed for modern Indian living. It is adorned with metal screens and thoughtfully curated art pieces.

The Japanese word Komorebi means filigree of shadows through trees. With every nook and cranny displaying play of light throughout the day, the house lives up to its name. Designed as a multi-level family home, the house features contemporary interiors. An inviting lily pond and raised garden greet visitors to this tranquil estate.

Use of simple materials, curated art pieces, and perforated metal screens are some of the key highlights of this project.

The Principal Designers walk through the house and explain how they thoughtfully designed various areas of the house to create spaces for varying individuals of the family.

  1. How do they keep such houses always clean?
What if someone brings dirt along with them, the whole house is gonna get bedraggled.

  2. Everyone needs more than their salary to be financially stable. The best thing to do with your money is to invest it rightly because money left savings always end up used with no returns. 💯

  3. Beautiful concept and more important perfectly designed and made 👏and keeping everything together in a video, conversation, aesthetic music and designs in a perfect art.
