Look at the steam, those chickens are getting a nice sauna. Time to add an extention past that unused door with a raised bed to take advantage of all that heat for winterization experiments, early starting, etc.

I think the beautiful thing about this is that if you roughly know what you are looking for, you can always wait for the opportunity to present itself. When you're ready for the opportunity, then you can really maximize its effect.
