  1. The Micarta on the PM2 is nothing to be promoted. Blade material is cool, but the scales are a disgrace.

  2. I still wait and hope some of my family will buy be such last minute gift… Sadly they don't have much imagination -_-

  3. I love knife center and I watch every video. Só, my comment is like a review on the kershaw EPISTLE .
I bought one last year. When arrived, it was a little tough to open. I tried to loose the pivot screw and it just broke the screw head. I contacted KC, but they said it was a kershaw's problem . I called kershaw, but they asked me to send the broken piece. Guess what, I would have to pay for the shipping. Basically, the price of a new knife. Now I have a brand new broken kershaw epistle. Spend you money on something else. .

  4. Pretty interesting on the finger nail clippers. Really didn't know that there was any other option than the drug store type. Getting me a set of the Concord.

  5. I have an Epistle. I really like it as a Gentleman's Knife. It's so light, it's almost imperceptible in the pocket. Plus, I actually like 8cr, because it's so easy to maintain. I use it throughout a day, then run it three or four times across our inexpensive ceramic kitchen sharpener and it's good for the next outing.

  6. i got a knife at 10 for turning double digits and a rifle at 13 for becoming a teenager, half on a car at 16, at 18 i got a slap on the back and a get out..!! lol

  7. I bought 7 Farmer X Alox (in silver) Victorinox Swiss Army multitools for Xmas gifts last year in 2021 (including one for me!) and they were $38 a piece. It shocking how 'inflation' now prices this same multitool at $70 a piece.

  8. Hey man. After carrying a Victorinox for a few years, I was looking for one with both a wood saw, hack saw/plastic saw, and file. The only thing with that combo that’s not 2” thick I’ve found is on Amazon. Did I miss something? Where else can I find that combo without it feeling like a brick in my pocket? Thanks dude

  9. What use is a saw blade on a SAK or multi tool like leather man? Why would someone need a saw that small?

  10. I hate to admit it (cus everyone likes it), but the Pm 2 is one of my favorite knives to use. I have the s110 steel and it stays scary sharp!

  11. Shout out to all kitchen knife manufacturers- that Counter Puppy is ingenious! Wouldn’t mind seeing whole sets done that way. Kitchen knife handle materials are easy to make in any shape.

  12. The SAK rambler models live on any keychain in my house.. unbeatable thinness while still having great tools and, of course, a knife that opens AWAY from the key ring

  13. I loved d Spiderco Counter Puppy…….looks gr8 in shape n length n above everything it's a Spiderco after all……

Dear DCA I love the simplest way you explain the technicalities about the blades. Nowadays I'm kinda addicted to your episodes…. 👍👍👍🇮🇳

  14. The threads on the first CRKT Techliner that I bought were messed up, but CRKT customer service took care of me and sent me another copy that was fine. I do like the pen. I removed the stock clip and put a clip from an AAA penlight on the cap which allows me to hang the pen on the outside of my shirt pocket. So to use the pen, all I have to do is pull down.

  15. I think the Kershaw Interstellar could have done better making the can opener end a longer and thinner so it could be used as a prybar / screwdriver ???

  16. New Kawiken Air exclusive just reminds me of an Iron Man knife and I can't get it out of my head. Gold and Red is a hard sell.

  17. Great suggestions. I always have a Victorinox Classic Alox and a True Utility micro tool on my keychain, plus a regular EDC knife or larger Victorinox on me – and non-knife people always gladly use all of them when they need one and I offer them, so I assume they would gladly receive gifts that are meant as tools for daily use, not as collector's items or weapons.

  18. Question for KnifeAQ: In your view, what is the best knife multi tool combo for average EDC? Best combo for someone in a trade like construction or plumbing? Best combo for someone who works in the woods or hunts?

  19. The Black & Red Pioneer X & Farmer X are Not exclusive to the Knife Center, at least one German wholesaler is marketing them on eBay with his logo & both come in 4 colors – black, red, blue & green, I bought a blue & red Pioneer X & a black Farmer X from his eBay store at a competitive price to yours.
