  3. The presentor is nice.. but the house even located at atala alabang.. the house is very cheap finished….the price of 250M no way…. There are more options in that place …

  4. now i don't know whose decision it is, but what's with the rush of touring houses?? especially when they're still so incomplete and under construction like this?

  5. Your camera crew did a dreadful job here. Like amateurs. There wasn't any coordination at the last scene when you Julia sitting down rounding up the stats of the estate. Something went wrong terribly. But you Julia, 👍🏼 as always even when you stumble.

  6. Seems like this house is refurbished and not brand new. It's nice to catch a glimpse of this property once more from other YouTubers when it's completely done. Lastly, hate those loose pants, it doesn't look good on her, and preferred those tight pants that look sexy on Julia.😅😉

  7. I can't see old Money buying this property ultra rich Filipinos are capable of doing it them selves there way ie buying an old lot and building them selves for half the price even in Alabang.

    New money are they really going to out lay that much to be in Ayala Alabang just for the post code the price is at the top end of market rate for sellers who are chancing the market speculators.

    A property of this quality and build while reasonable would of only have been around 125 million 3-4 years ago.

    How come it's jumped to 250 Million in such a sort time.

    The jump is higher than the people who would normally buy these types of properties make on there businesses so where is there ultra rich property buyers willing to over pay too just have that address as that's the only reason they buy I that sub division.
    Value for money is low unless you desperately need Alabang as an address.

    And no doubt you would have to spend millions I see a manual gate on 5 Million USD house developer seams cheap.
    Did they install solar power? Solar water?
    Security system on all doors windows and perimeter.

    The sliding doors are so wrong on outside space as well.

    And Julia not having a 3rd floor is a problem for the price.

    I expect there is a 100 million profit in this project maybe more depending on time they had the original lot.
