A Homeowner & PASTOR CAUGHT Me Cutting A OVERGROWN Yard For FREE! This BACK YARD Was OUT OF CONTROL!

This Home Off Of Prima Vista In Port Saint Lucie Was OVERGROWN & OUT OF CONTROL!
This is the home that I rode past on last weeks video and told you all I would return to check on the homeowner. Upon riding by the home on my way to the WaWa I noticed that the yard had been cut. I figured if I didn’t get to it in time that it would eventually get touched to keep away fines from the city for a public nuisance. So after getting my smoothie and gassing up I figured I’d head to another potential home in Fort Pierce. But…That yard still needed attention! I road past again while heading to Fort Pierce and something just told me to take a look at the yard again and when I did…Dunn Dunnn Dun Dunnnnn!! The backyard had not been cut! I was so confused and shocked at the same time because I didn’t expect to see such a thing! I am guessing that the homeowner cut the front in hopes that the city would take a look at the back yard. So I pulled over at the gas station, ate my breakfast and pulled up to the driveway of the home. I knocked and it seemed like the house was being prepped to be sold. There was a lockbox on the door knob and without trying to look I did notice that the house was vacant when I approached the home and could see through the windows. I couldn’t bare driving away from such a tall back yard,both neighbors had maintained yards and yet this backyard stuck out like a sore thumb! I also had a feeling that the homeowner truly need assistance since they did try and start on the job. So I made up my mind and went to go unload my truck when…the homeowner caught me and pulled into the driveway! Ohh yes I got caught red handed! lol Lets see what happens when I tell this homeowner my intentions and what I do in the community!
