  1. When I was in the Soldier Recovery Unit, we had a square foot garden beds and it actually helped a lot of recovering soldiers and if someone left, then another soldier would continue. It really helped me.

  2. I started gardening in April 2020 at the top of the pandemic bc I was really struggling with anxiety + depression. It was a life changer for me. It was like I couldn't be anxious/stressed/depressed out there. I'll be gardening forever.

  3. I started gardening in March 2022 and it has become my zen! It's so relaxing and rewarding. I love it!

  4. I've been gardening at my own home for 22 years and the release you get watching flowers and vegetables grow is amazing. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't garden.

  5. I have always known the Zen, relaxing, and peaceful feeling I get from gardening or just spending time looking at all the flowers. But even more recently I am now going through Infertility issues, doctors, appointment, and a lot of emotions. This is where the garden, my plants have really come to rescue my soul bringing my back to the pressent and reminding me what we can really overcome with a little light & love.
