  1. Where in So. CA did you two come from? I was in Rosemead, 15 miles east of L.A. I left in 1968 and moved to a farm in Iowa. Even still I get funky w/o the sun after a few days. Merry Christmas!

  2. Right know in Rathdrum it's -3, my greens that I planted in the fall are mush. I wish you all a very merry Christmas, God bless you all

  3. I would be very interested in seeing/hearing about the watering system as it pertains to rotational grazing! Particularly for cows.

  4. I look forward to your videos and chit chats every week. Thank you so much. QUESTION for 2023…out of sheer curiosity I’d LOVE to know what your family eats for a week. I know you can and freeze and freeze dry, but feeding 10+ every meal…I’m just super curious. Merry Christmas y’all!

  5. Carolyn, you still show that Pregnant mom Glow, you look great. Merry xmas to you and Josh and of course the family. God Bless

  6. I really wish that our growing season could be longer than just 3 months. Growing sprouts or hydroponic growing is an option but it requires space which I don´t have. This winter I try to keep my chilis alive, standing in our bathroom window with extra light.

I know we don´t share the same religion but from me to you and the community I send a wish for a peaceful Christmas with this poem:

    Winter solstice blessing
May the longest night and the shortest day
bring rest to Your mind and soul, I pray.
May You find guidance and may You find peace
as the cycle of light will slowly increase.
Embrace the magic that the darkness bears,
breath deep in the chill and shift in the air.
Will You always be blessed by the light from within
and will well-being be Yours as the new cycle begins.
