We built a garden cart long ago, and it needs a handle like that so it can be pulled around. Using the existing handle gets part of the front running into my shins all the time so I end up not using it very much.
Been a snow bird for 10 years sidetracked due to house remodel. Now I'm ready to tackle the outside. I'm an experienced northern gardener new to Florida plants and what there is to offer.
