Anyone who would bring into someone's house, in the middle of the night, on a dirt road out in the country, is a BLAZING IDIOT. One thing that people almost always get right about us countryfolks is that we love our guns. You'd have to be CERTIFIABLY INSANE to break into someone's house in an area like that.
Good thing it wasn't NY. They would've arrested Duggan for threatening a home intruder

If you have a little extra money you can easily dozer down the stick-match house full of glass windows and rebuild with a concrete box or a dome with a bullet proof vault door, so just remember, this is post Obama era, so take care.

The story, including the part where he said the guy went to a few houses before his and nobody was home and there were people out on the road yelling saying they were going to get him, means this was looking for help and not out doing anything illegal.

I'm glad Hacksaw and his wife were unharmed. I got to meet Jim about 10 years ago at a autograph session, and he was terrific. Based on other comments I'm reading, my experience was the norm. HEY-O!
