Hey guys! I'm interested in taking the course but I'd like to know a few things. First of all, is the course specific or at least more suitable for american citizens? I'd also like to know if there is minimum amount of money that we should have in the beginning so that we can make the plan "worth it". At last, is there any moment throughout the program where we will/might need to ask for loans?
Been subscribed to you guys for a few years now. My wife and I are right on the cusp of buying a 2nd home in the Azores with cash( it's a old family property that we are getting for pennies on the 'Euro' so to speak and will be renovating it), we finished paying off our first home in our country of residence in 2019, have eliminated all debt and currently working our own side hustles which allows us to meet our financial commitments while having the time to pursue OUR goals instead of being on someone elses clock pushing their agenda. Next year we're hoping to spend 3 months in the Azores and we'd like to branch out to Portugal as well.
Saying all that to say you guys have been an inspiration. We are mid 40s and ready to live life on OUR terms.

The thing for me is if you're investing and you have other income outside of dividends, you can live on dividends without selling. This means that you can pass on to your children what gives them a step forward in life.
A weak dollar can signal an economic downturn, making me to ponder on what are the best possible ways to hedge against inflation, and I've overheard people say inflation is a money-eater thus worried about my savings around $200k after getting laid off from twitter.
