  1. Hey Alex if you happen to read this please know that I’m a fellow New Yorker, an egg enthusiast, and one of your biggest fans! Chopped is one of my favorite Food Network shows ever! You’re always so down to earth and easy going but you bring the competitive spirit whenever you compete. That really resonates with me. Your the best! And I’ll probably never get to meet you and my current financial state precludes me from eating out at your restaurants but I’d love to actually enjoy your food in person someday! ❤

  5. I love watching u judge and mostly cook but this is my favorite food eggs but…my question is nothing to with eggs but beef. The percentages on packs what do they mean and is grass fed beef better than others?
