Off-the-grid or off-grid is a characteristic of buildings and a lifestyle designed in an independent manner without reliance on one or more public utilities. Both Eric and Brendan moved from the USA to Ghana and have previously built sustainable off grid homes prior to coming together to put this community together.
The land is located in the rural, lush and farming area of the eastern region in Ghana, approximately 1.5 hrs away from the capital city Accra / Kotoka international airport.
The land was completely untouched when Brendan and Eric decided to purchase and build on it. Now they are building beautiful sustainable off grid homes, with solar electricity, food garden, Biodegradable toilet etc to allow people to live a very self sufficient life.

If you will like to purchase or make any enquiries about these sustainable off grid homes please follow this link https://migratingculturecrossing.com/140.htm

My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent and so am I although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana, from the Ghanaian food, to the Ghanaian culture, to the Ghanaian lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and help inspire to explore Ghana.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.

Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.

  1. Thanks for coming out Jasmine, and we're happy to have you an investor in our sustainable community. 😊

  2. 4:14: "I believe that your food should be grown as close to you as possible and I don't see that anymore "

He said it all. This is a man with vision and wisdom. Why should I live in a million dollar home and still depending on mostly terrible food supply from outside ???
    Great Guy
