I been using it over three years but have not seen any results but I keep using it because as my older folks used to say " leaf don't rott the same day it fall in the water. But it may be the fertilizer it's grow in.
It is the main ingredient in curry, so if you love curry, then you love tumeric.
By more than 1 billion because India, Pakistan and Bangladesh use it daily and over 1 billion make up India. Then Middle East and people across Europe, North America and the rest of the world.
The first time I knew about tumeric was when I sprained my ankle nearly 40 years ago when I was 8yo, my grandma beat it and tied it to my ankle to pull the swelling.

M fr the island of Guam…my favorite way to use tumeric is: as dip….tumeric, blk pepper, olive oil, n himalayan salt…use it also as salad dressing. taste wonderful.. yesss..i plant my own…when not ready..i also use the powder..still same taste..

Turmeric is amazing root, straight from the soil, GOD is to be praised, I use it everyday in capsules, and Tanyna's body care product, the turmeric soap and the liquid soap is amazing, I highly recommend them. Check it out
We love turmeric! Just made a huge harvest. The black turmeric is absolutely amazing, so strong… Use this amazing herb daily ❤️
I grate it with some ginger, crushed two garlic cloves, slice up a lemon put in a pot with a cup of water let it boil then strain it and add some black pepper and drink as tea
I use it on my face, gives it a wonderful glow. Just do it on Sunday when you’re home.
