I have watched less that two min. of this video and I can already tell you this. If you can't leave town and your business and be gone for 6 months and come back and your business is still running then you don't own a business, you are just the manager of a business and you have a job. But you probably already know that. All that time wasted on a radiator because he didn't have a receipt. That is not good management.
