  1. You’ve given me a lot to think about and plan for! Thanks for all the input I’m going to get ready for next year. Thanks for the motivation. I’m all in for no fabric buying in January. I’m even thinking of a no buying fabric month every quarter😉

  2. Really enjoyed today's video💗
Oh! Oh! Out west? How about NW? I'd love to have you come help organize my new studio😁

  3. I love all these ideas!!!! I have so many scraps – it is unreal- the vintage blocks will be great in using these up!!! I love the idea of a table runner a month- I hope you do tutorials – I often gift table runners and I have a lot of charm packs , the Kantha quilt, stack and wack, the duster. I’m so excited!!!! Thank you for all you do!!!

  4. Love all of these ideas. Would be interesting to what worked from last years planning, that you have decided to do this year.😊

  5. Oh if u find yourself in Phx Az area, would love to meet up at a local quilt shop. U have brought sunshine and motivation during a stressful year. Thank u and safe travels

  6. Stitchin Heaven is my closest quilt store in rural East TX. 😊 I wish I was able to keep up with a scheduled plan. I work and also take care of a sick husband. Never know one day to the next how he's going to feel. I sew when I get the opportunity. Thank you for the ideas. I love your channel.

  7. Along with no buy January I’m thinking of a finish it February. I’ve got several things that just need to be finished. Am I asking for too much? We’ll see.

  8. I have been planning my quilting and crossstitch projects for the last couple of years. I enjoy figuring out when I want to work on each project! I just draw large boxes in my bullet journal and write things in. But I do use a Frixion pen in case I want to change things around! Happy New Year 🎊.

  9. Is the background music new, or am I hearing for the first time wearing my earbuds? 😂 Either way, I enjoy it.

  10. Your stack and whack series was the very first videos I watched from your channel. I don't care what you called it, I loved it. ❤️ I remember people were correcting you.

  11. Love this video! So much to munch upon 😀 you mentioned about Kanta style of quilting. It’s an Indian style. Though I’m a resident of USA I come from the state of Karnataka and kanta work is very popular there. We find it on quilts, sarees, jackets, vails, etc. I’m working on kanta quilting on one of my old quilts here (disappearing 9 Kaffe fasset) it is challenging since I’m not used to hand quilting, hope I will finish it someday and it’ll turn out the same way as it is in my mind 😅 this is my long term or on going project. You have a lovely new year!!

  12. Hi Sherri, I’m not one to be organized as far as my quilting, I’m organized as far as my home etc. You have inspired me however I’m sure I would not use the book. I have a composition book I use. Love your flannel quilt. I’ve made several rag guilts for the young ones as they go together fast. I live in so cal we are warm even if it rains. I always wanted to do a purple and white quilt. As I have about 20 plus quilts all cut and ready to be sewn together and another close to 35 now that needs to be quilted!! Lol 😂may be a min b4 I get to it.

  13. Moda has the Temperature Quilt starting in January. I was thinking about doing that especially with the crazy weather we have. It may be a lot to handle. I’m thinking on it.

  14. Great day. Full of inspiration. Pat's sweater weather quilt is fantastic. Gonna make one eventually. It comes from book of the same name y Susan Ache. GO HEXIES! They look wonderful, Sherri

  15. Planning is one part, I fall apart in the execution. I work full time and the last few years have been very hard. Hoping to get back to Happy Sewing in 2023. Thanks for this video!
