    Looking forward to seeing it all come togather. Would it help to power wash your deck and restain it instead of painting it.

    Don't feel guilty about spraying. You've done the responsible thing: you dragged and tugged them out by root and they * CAME BACK* so you do what you've gotta do: kill that thug. No ONE wants to do what you have to do.

    Jess, thanks so much for your videos and your encouragement by example. Every garden has its most trashiest parts and at some point or another, we all have to decide WHOSE YARD IS THIS? the weeds' or yours? You can pull them manually, but at some point, it's almost like a test of will: yours or its. Feel no guilt about rooting out (by any means necessary [within reason]) any thug in your garden, Jess.
    Jess, when they're as big as the ones you've shown, show no mercy: rip them out, spray 'em and tear 'em down, root and stem.

    I would just tear that railing down around your back patio,. if u go to sit back there, seems like it would obstruct ur view anyway and also since ur putting up a privacy fence.
