Why can't the closed military bases be reopened & provide housing for homeless veterans?
My partner and I are in Australia and we’re both disabled. We’re having to move in with family as there are hardly any rentals.

It seems bad here in Phoenix. The most awful thing about it is that there are more and more families with small children. One parent works, the other stays with the kids. They lost their apartments because of the horrendous rent increases this past year. NO Veteran should EVER have to worry about a place to live or where their next meal comes from. No one seems to care that children have no place to live. They just keep building expensive apartments the average person can't afford. Seniors are also showing up on the streets more and more.
The end of title 42 was extended until next week. I don’t see the difference.

It is the policies of the last two years that have caused a lot of homelessness. I feel they will tax everyone out of their homes or require upgrades to green that people can't afford. It all fits the Agenda. They want more people in fewer homes. I pray that these policies would end and people can have homes and groceries. There are numerous towns with run down houses, they could start a program to rehab them with some sweat equity. It would help the town and the homeless.
The Biden Administration needs to focus on early retirement and let some good people who can run the country properly come un.
