All it needs is some cutting and hedging and edging and tree trimming. Get a bigger riding mower to do yards quicker. Backpack leaf blowers blow off driveways quickly. Get a riding mower with a catcher. Check deck wheels because the bolts loosen. Pruners help to shape bushes. Vegetation Killer at Walmart kills ivy and honeysuckle on fences and weeds on driveways and sidewalks and gutters. GREAT job!! Subscribed!

Where’s the make over all I saw was the grass being mowed?
Just a tip I have learned, is to string trim after I mow so I get everything the mower misses, but it is probably six of one half a dozen of the other. How do you like your Bobcat?

In the title, you use the word "makeover". That word means: producing, changing, creating etc. A makeover creates a new garden, or at least a changing, like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqMPVl0VAJ8 . (I have nothing to do with this person, but this is a good example of a makeover.)
TLC means: tender, love and care. Mowing, trimming and weeding is no tlc. Even, when the OWNER does this job, in stead of hiring somebody, it is normal maintenance….
I am sorry. Your work was good, but this is not a makeover, and the word tlc seems overdone.
