    This is great. I have clay soil too and zero luck with potatoes. But red onions did great (I added about four inches of topsoil though

    Love the intro! And the music, so relaxing.
    I can't wait to get back into the garden in the spring, (I live in Ohio 🥶) though I do have some things growing inside, it's just not the same. A seed catalogue arrived today in the mail, it just made me anxious to get tomato, pepper and onion seedlings started soon.

    One question though, how do you keep the chickens out of the garden? Mine will destroy my garden, if given the opportunity to be that close to it. (And I loved seeing the clips of the chicks btw 🐤💕)

    I’ve been saving potatoes for my New Years potato salad, but I noticed most are wrinkled, growing eyes and sprouting. 😞 I think that means the environment is too warm? I’ll have to do better next year.

    It's true, here in the Philippines, red onions cost 750 pesos ($15) per kilo..so I opt to plant my own. While others are panicking, me and my family enjoy our own harvest which is of course for free, organic and safe..
