Months into the farm house renovation Doc is closing in on the final weeks. In this video the paint and interior are taking shape and the huge garden fence is installed.
Hey Doc Farms really come along great brother I have a question have you ever given any thought to a ventrac for the property I'm a firm believer in one machine does not do all but from what I know about ventrac it's pretty close just curious about your opinion on it
Hey Doc, I don't know about Deer in your neck of the woods but around here in Idaho they jump straight over a garden fence like that without thinking twice about it.
The Turkeys here LOVE to perch on the top rail to rest between "feedings" at the salad bar.

Where can I buy the small fridge/freezer, sink, etc… cabinet/combo cabinet thingie you’re going to use in the garage? It’s a great size with, I believe, four different functions in the single unit. Thank you for your help! PS: building a small’ish new home on 14 acres w/ 1.5 acre pond in Lebanon IN. (Pronounced Leh-beh-Nin, I’m still working on the fine tuning of that one!! But, PLEASE… do not get it wrong you silly City girl!!!!!!) 😊. Thanks for your help with the cabinet combo.
I like your fruit idea with said deer really love pears we have them at our home in Mississippi and also the family farm house in south eastern Alabama and they just love them. Your place looks fantastic the color on the house is gonna pop, what a dramatic change you have made in the place ! Love your lawn care videos tooooo !

The fence won't keep out the Deer, they'll just jump it!! and crush and run will never last as a driveway…too much powder and not enough rock. You really need crushed asphalt to do the road.
Doc, the white shed next to the reddish color house will stick out like a turd in a punch bowl. Painting all the buildings the color of the house will really tie everything together especially when you utilize the drone.

What a difference a year , lots of hard work and a bunch of money makes. Seriously looks great Doc.
You should really add some dry clay so it'll melt in and hold it together once clay is saturated it becomes "impermeable"
