  1. Grag hope you and the whole Hoss team has a great year. Your service and products are some of the best. Thanks

  2. All I can say is WOW! You certainly have made my mouth water, it all looked so delicious! I wish I had some…. Best wishes sent to y’all to enjoy a Happy New Year! 🎊 Thanks for sharing this wonderful video! 👍

  3. Thank you for showing ways to use kohlrabi. Fermentation looks interesting. I've only done pickles and kraut and need to explore other recipes.

  4. I just eat the bulb raw with hummus then treat the greens like collards. Ive got a few locals hooked on em now that they know what those weirdo flying saucer things are.

  5. I don't know what processor you have so I don't know your attachments but to shred veggies without making a sauce, there should be a top blade that spins just below the lid… leaving the bottom for falling schnibbles.
I wonder how that pickle would work with a bread and butter recipe.. hmmm.
I haven't had kohlrabi .. is it closer to rutabaga or jicama?

  6. Thank you for the fermented kohlrabi idea. I will definitely be giving it a try. Have you tried cooking rutabaga greens? I tried them for the first time last year and they are now my new favorite.
