    I love this home it has great curb appeal as it reminds me of my mom's farmhouse. Plenty of natural light giving it an open airy feeling. Love the fireplace who wouldn't want to cuddle next to that during the winter when it gets cold outside. Love the dedicated area for the laundry next to the bathroom. I would put in Ikea foldable table down so that when it's not in use it could be put against a wall to give more openness for the kitchen. Love the double porches especially the front with its swing and additional living space. Put a lot of thought into this and making it have all the necessities one needs to live tiny. 👍👍👍👏💋🥰

    Well done, Jasper! The wide open space of the living area allows for alternate furniture placement, like the table under a window, with a loveseat facing the fireplace. The Master is large enough to accommodate all that storage AND a desk or loveseat. Love the stairs, too! What a great floorplan to ring in the New Year! Thank you! You've got a very lovely, liveable home here.

    Table is a bit too tight to the kitchen to be functional, but you could fix that with a drop leaf table. I like the two oversized chairs instead of a couch.
