  1. The landscape skeleton is beautiful. Way too much clutter with color pots and trinkets. Less is more!

  2. I agree with the host…I like the odd, asymmetrical shapes and branches because they add so much character. Plus, the owners added their character with the fairy garden and planters and seating. But the highlight of the garden goes to the water feature!!!

  3. How do you keep the Bermuda grass out of the landscape? I live in Kentucky and it is a nightmare for me.

  4. anyone know a trick to get rid of what i call chiggars and these tiny red clover mites that plague my yard, without using an insectacide that kills everything else?

  5. I really liked the metal structures around the yard to support the camelias and other vines, I wonder if they were bought somewhere or custom made for the owners.?

  6. I truly enjoy your videos and look forward to the next each time I see them – thank you for your knowledge of the plants as I am learning a great deal 🙂

  7. Wow, this makes me want to make rooms in my small backyard. Maybe I'll work on that this fall, plant clearance time in Ohio. 🤔

  8. Lovely, lively garden. Too bad I can't do any of this because of sun and water issues.

Jim can you steer me toward videos of Gardeners that gives in depth tips for Zones 9-11?

Every video I see is back East

  9. Oh wow, I love the tiered landscaping. Friends in San Francisco did this in their back yard and it made such an impact. You can see everything all in one glance. Best part for me is no mowing!

  10. Very neat and orderly "small space"! I can tell the owner had this garden for many years because every inch of space was used wisely! Also great to see what some companion plantings are for the different areas. #takingnotes

  11. Y tu esposa no disfruta de plantar en ese hermoso jardín?
Yo soy feliz sembrando,y decorando mi Jardin,y viendo el progreso de las flores cada dia..

  12. Is there any reason not to have an espalier camellia against a fence?
Also, what is a good camellia substitute for alkaline soils?

  13. Just saw this now and love the garden. What a beautiful space! Thanks for a great tour.❤️❤️❤️😘

  14. Would you make your video little slow, I can’t really see the plans and I feel dizzy sometimes 😂🤭 I enjoyed your videos

  15. Similar style to my garden but definitely not as large of a space. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for the update.

  16. The walls are nice, but all those additional rocks everywhere makes it look harsh. Maybe it's a North Carolina thing?

  17. Riding a bike is a great way to meet people and admire neighbor’s yards. Only Jim can turn a meeting into a video. Very inspiring!

  18. What a beautiful garden escape! I love the red dianthus! Is it tall because of stretching in low light or because of the variety? What variety is it?

  19. Jim did you ever get back to this place? If not, put it in your list! This is a favorite!!! I wanna see it at night!
