Japanese Garden

Japan Vlog – Tokyo's Best Japanese Gardens

I am a huge fan of Japanese gardens, so while I lived in Tokyo, I visited them many times. I made this quick overview of some of the original Edo-era gardens, and a garden inspired by them, left in the center of Tokyo. Specifically, I’m visiting Shinjuku Gyoen, Kyu Shiba Rikyu, Hamarikyu, Koraku-en and Rikgui-en.

  1. I'm not a huge planet coaster fan, so I only watch your videos every now and then, but I really really loved this video, so if you ever wanted to branch out and do a bit more irl gardens and architecture, for what it's worth, I would definitely watch them as this video was amazing! Maybe other subs of yours feel them same

  2. How is it possible that this was the video I 'needed' at this very moment? I wish more of us (myself included) saw the world this way.

  3. Wonderful video. Do you have more footage from your time in Japan? Id love to see it.

Beautiful video silv, just looking t the blend of greens and reds in some of the footage make me really want to go and visit them to see them.

  6. I know this video is pretty old but I just watched it and it's amazing! I love that you didn't do a normal VLOG but instead only showed the views and talked over it. The pacing really good, too. And all the shots were great.
I would definitely love to see more travel videos from you 🙂

  7. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MOSS and the only place I see it is in Japanese Gardens & in the WOODS. Keep in mind for future videos 🌎🚴🎶

  8. Hey, I am currently going around to every garden and I finally got the annual pass for all 9 yesterday. You are 100% right about them being amazing.
