Aren't the full releases for My Time At Sandrock and for Coral Island also planned for 2023? I think they should also be on such a list.
You seem more than a little based on Roots of Pacha, but since this is such a awesome list it's quite forgivable.

Roots of pacha I am excited for. Pleased the demo and loved it, was shocked at how enjoyable it was considering there's been a lot of farming games that has come out yet not intuitive or fun for me.
Picked up a couple more wishlist items. I'm glad you announced Kitori Academy for the first time, as it's one I've been excited for, and is higher on my list than on yours. New ones for me from this are The Witch of Fern Island, Space Chef (I think it's the art style that gives me that same Rick & Morty feel, though the wackiness contributes too), Song of the Prairie (I get very strong My Time vibes from this), and FaeFarm.
YouTube tossed this video on its (mobile) front page for me, and there were several games that piqued my interest. Glad I finally have a laptop that can play them!
Stardew valley is in my opinion and in many others opinions, one of the best if not currently the best farm story rpg games. I would be happy to have good clones that follow a different theme or storyline with some features being expanded upon. One only has to look at stardew valley and the mods available for it to see how much you can improve on an already great game. I also really like stardew valleys pixel art and having a game that looks similar in style or even exactly is fine by me. Now of course I don't condone stealing assets or just doing asset flips for some quick cash but I don't think that is the problem here. People just are stuck on wanting each game to be completely unique which is hilariously hypocritical considering most games, movies, books, songs etc are all copies or adaptations of something else. Even people are. So as long as the game is good, has little to no bugs and fun with lots of content then why waste energy on drama over having a similar thing.

My dream would be to remake Friends of Mineral Town for the Switch! Not the way that it's been made on Steam – I don't like that one. I want the OG FoMT but remastered for the Switch!
