Conversions, Student Rentals, Garden Suite Update With Ken Bekendam

Our guest on today’s Truth About Real Estate Investing Podcast is a full-time investor, entrepreneur, contractor and developer, Ken Bekendam.

Ken is actively involved in various forms of conversion projects, from simple duplex conversions to larger adaptive reuse projects such as church conversions and commercial to residential conversions.

Alongside his team, Ken helps homeowners and real estate investors get more out of their homes and investment properties through legal second-suite conversions, garden suites, etc.

Ken Bekendam is up to many things to generate cash flow and build wealth in real estate, and in this episode, Ken details how student rentals make up the majority of his portfolio and provide him with massive cash flows.

He also shares how to invest in garden suites, including build costs and rents, plus some big and small conversion projects.
