  1. Nice but a little over extended for the plot. Look at satellite view, bin storage and parking for flats just over the fence. At least the original house was nothing special, but prefer the more original looking Edwardian villas around there.

  2. Someone needs to correct the listing. This house is Band H, maybe the flat is Band D.

  3. I've always wondered what the running costs for these houses are like especially with the increase in electricity/gas prices. Obviously, if you can afford one of these houses, running costs won't really be an issue.

  4. Garden sucks massively over looked kitchen is very small for the price of the house 🤔🤔 I'm just not feeling it at all way over priced

  5. Watching from Surabaya, Indonesia. I hope to travel to UK one day. Love watching all the incredible house tours in your channel.

  6. This is a lovely home that someone has made, I just can’t see mee in it, partly as I couldn’t come close to affording it, but also because it seemed quite cramped albeit because it had loads of homely clutter, but ultimately I felt it lacked real wow factor especially with a really disappointing kitchen and hard to read basement area?

  7. To the person who is reading this, don’t give up on your YouTube channel. Keep going it’s going to get better.

  8. I absolutely love this house. The unique space was made for the upper middle class in the industrial era. A big yet small family home that you want your entire family for Christmas feel. Love it!!!!!!! Cleveland, Ohio, USA

  9. Mrs Moraine the bitcoin trader is legit and her method works like magic I keep on earning every single week with her new strategy

  10. completely ruined any original features and character to this property. Why do people use such unimaginative colours and design. No real garden, very overpriced

  11. Nice but…. I'm at the point where I'm like, If I have 4.2 million to spend, I would rather build an AMAZING house for faaaar less money outside London or on some Scottish highland/Cornwall + Land.
Me thinks this place is a tad overpriced.

  12. What a beautiful house, only problem are the garbage bins stacked behind the property. Imagine waking up every morning from the garbage truck behind your gardens.

  13. It’s my dream 🥰 Was loving the oriental touches and then you revealed the Japanese toilet, yes! 😁 The only bad thing I think is the garden maybe facing the wrong way to capture much sun 😭

  14. The rich remain rich spending like the poor and investing non-stop, the poor remain poor spending like the rich but not investing like the rich.

  15. Such a lovely house and yet again, this weird trend of having your bathroom be inside your bedroom. I just don't get it, and I hope we won't see it used more and more, because realistically, who the hell wants that?

  16. I always think who can afford these houses! They are obviously not on mortgages!? Yet every house in London and surrounding areas are half million plus!
