I started keeping a log of the weights of all my harvests (with a few exceptions) last year. I was astounded I ended up with 23 kilos (51 lbs) of veg from my small container garden! I thought I’d share how I did it with you, so you can have the same results.

Great video Robin. I am still not well enough to even step outside, but am hoping it will be within the next few weeks. Happy New Year to you and your family 😊
I love seeing your container garden videos. Found your channel in September. I have a small raised bed but most of my containers were on the deck or the small, fenced garden. I worked from home half time last summer and was happy to spend breaks and lunchtime watering and caring for garden. I had a problem with a very persistent groundhog (woodchuck) who tore the netting off tomato plants on deck and ate most of the green plum tomatoes and squash flowers several times. I also planted lettuces in hanging pots lined with that porous mat and herbs in deck planters. My parsley is wintering indoors and still has some hardy plants growing outside too! In freezing weather and snow.
Will be retired by this summer and can't wait for spring.
A great way to look back at your year 😊
Take care… stay safe… bye Robin
Such an amazing amount of food and from a small space it’s incredible 😍
