This, and the video before this was made without much planning. It was meant as a test to see what I was able to create solo whilst still enjoying the travel.

I have now realised I can do a lot more, and give you more back for your time. Therefor in 2023 I’m setting out to make a lot more for you. And also better films, with more focus on the shots and the stories.

I’m working as a photographer next to my traveling. And I plan to put much more of my pay checks into this project.

Any contributions trough the YouTube members program / Patreon is deeply appreciated.

  1. Once again you guys are really the best bunch of people. Really appreciate how well you give feedback on these!

This is now the second video I’ve made without really planning or taking to much time whilst filing.

The next one I’ll be bumping it a bit. But the goal is to still have a format that makes it doable.

I need to be able to film, voice and edit everything solo. From the back of a car.

Therefor I try to not bother about all small details. On this I sadly exported with lower audio than I was supposed to. So definitely going to look at that next time 😅 thanks again for stopping by!

  2. Side note before finishing the rest of the video: when you said it felt like a turbo hose caving in on itself I immediately knew it was the little vacuum line box (actuator), because that's exactly what it feels like. On the td5 you can actually bypass the actuator so the pressure gets where it needs to be, as a quick fix, and get the power back.

  3. You are living my dream! You should definitely make more videos this year, and I hope one of them will be room tour of the Defender! Keep up the good work! 🙂

  4. You motivated. I will buy an SUV and go through Europe on a long road trip! Now I’m super focused and next year I’m going. I’ve never been a long distance driver, I went for two trips (Poland and Germany from Czechia) and I loved it. So I know that with a better car it will be superb. I planned my trip from Czechia to west Europe, northern countries and back to Germany. I will go with my wife and maybe my brother. I’m so excited for this. I am manifesting this until it becomes reality.

  5. Wonderful, I love how zen your videos are. I also drive a discovery and you always trigger me to go out here and explore the world! Hope to see many more videos 😊

  6. Love these new videos. Keep them coming. Just one piece of technical critique – the volume on your narration could be much louder. I really struggled to hear you at times and I had the volume on full. I figured the storytelling is an important part of your videos, along with the breathtaking scenery, so it would lovely to hear you a little better.

  7. Fantastic. Your calm voice in combination with the nice stories and beautiful views and beautiful car is inspiring. A good thing to have this in a car world where manly things always have to be loud and extreme.

  8. So calming and soothing to watch. The storytelling, music and video all blend in so well together. Looking forward to the next one – great job!

  9. Beautiful, just beautiful. I hope to visit Norway one day soon.

  10. Wow, everything about this video is amazing, so relaxing to watch, love the Disco too. Looking forward to the next video. Thank you Kasper.
