Baking Soda In The Garden? Yes! In the right conditions and situations, there are a multitude of uses for Baking Soda outside of cooking and baking. As a mild abrasive, it also makes for a great cleaner without having to use harmful chemicals.
As we’ll see today though, that only scratches the surface! I’ve compiled a list of 7 uses for Baking Soda in the garden, demonstrating the versatility of this common household item. I always save space for Baking Soda in my garden tool box, hopefully after this video you will as well!

A Borax solution is also a good weed killer, actually it will kill any plant, including grass and especially "Creeping Charlie".

As I was watching your video about baking soda, I was cleaning the soap scum off my glass shower door with baking soda. Works pretty well, just need a little elbow grease lol.

I use baking soda for cleaning in the kitchen and the bathroom. It works great. That's why I always bought the 4 lb box at the store. However, the store has not had it in stock for many months. When I checked the Arm & Hammer web site, it did not appear to be available there, either. I use baking soda when I make cookies or other recipes that call for it, as well. A 1 lb box of baking soda would not last very long at all. The las time I bought baking soda, I got it from Azure Standard. I was able to get a 5 lb bag of baking soda. It was only a little more expensive than what I paid for a 4 lb box at the store.

Good stuff, for you livestock folks, you know how cows and sheep, etc. won't eat the big green clumps left in the pasture because they peed there, that's why they are so green, spray with baking soda water , they'll eat it down
