Just follow few steps to propagate your rose plant.

Rose plant is grown in well drained soil. Rose plant love water but water must not get stuck in the tub, it must pass out somehow. Use fungicide after every interval of 10 days. You can prepare the mixed fertilizer with Bone meal 30%, Epsom salt 10%, Mustard Cake 15%, Neem Cake 15%, DAP 3%, vermicompost 27%.
Add 50 gram of fertilizer to each plant. Use this mixed fertilizer once in 20 days. You can also use tea leaves after having your tea, just you need to wash the tea leaves, dried up and then give it to the plant. Rose plant love acidic soil.
