Here are the recipes I made in this video:
Biscuits recipe:
500 g flour
200 g sugar
200 g butter
10 g baking powder
2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg
vanilla
a pinch of salt
For coloring the biscuits I used:
Culinary Matcha – for baking
Purple Potato Powder
Blue Spirulina Powder
Pink Pitaya Powder
Cocoa
Bake at 190-200° C for 10 – 12 minutes.
Bundt Cake Recipe:
4 eggs
300 g flour
230 g buttermilk
12 tbsp melted butter
1/3 cup olive oil
10 g baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda
orange zest
vanilla
2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen) tossed with flour
Glaze:
Powdered sugar, orange zest, and a bit of orange juice
Bake at 180° C for 55-60 minutes.
