  1. Happy New Year Cheryl. Love your projects that you have planned. I have caught the bug…. The stitching bug that is …. I never thought of putting the prairie santas on a large piece of fabric. Are you going to leave them free or are you going to define each one with a cross stitch frame/ border around it? Hugs from a rainy YYJ.

  2. I love Semi Sane!!! Your Hoity Toity by Long Dog Samplers is stunning! I love the books as well, the handwork Maniacs piece is inspiring as well!

  3. Hi from your neighbour from an hour or so north of you! Happy New Year Cheryl. I wanted to do 12 in 12 new starts but already having one on the floor frame and a Prairie Schooler Santa on the go I only started 3. One of those starts are the Summer Schoolhouse set of 5 pillows by Brenda Gervais. I follow Stitch Roadie’s mantra that when I finish a PS Santa I start a new one – I think I have 10 or 12 done now. I am also waiting a couple of months to see what the Fox and Rabbit free stitch along starts to look like. I really like all of your new starts. See you next week.

  4. Hi Cheryl, I love all the new projects you started, they're all so pretty and I'm looking forward to seeing your progress on those. Out of your older wips, my favourite is Hoity Toity. It's an amazing piece and your stitching is so beautiful. I don't think that I'd want to do twelve new starts in one day either as I think I'd become frustrated. As when I start something, I like to give it a good amount of stitches so I can feel like I've really sunk my teeth into it and it takes me a while to get a feel for a new pattern. Also, my least favourite part about stitching is the kitting up part, so kitting up so many in advance would be something I've never done, but you never know, maybe I need to challenge myself in that way and give that a try. I'm excited about seeing your videos in this new year and looking forward to seeing your progress and all the lovely things that you will make. Happy New Year!

  5. Hi Cheryl! Happy New Year! It seems like you have lots of projects to stitch but I have seen you complete many in one year. Hoity Toity is so beautiful but an ambitious project; I’m looking forward to seeing your progress. I chuckled when you said that 12 new starts on New Year’s Eve was not something you would do again! By the way, your little tree with pink and white ornaments is very cute! You are reaching 1K subscribers soon; I hope other stitchers will join this group that enjoys your videos.

  6. I would be interested in seeing how you contain, store all your WIPs. Does each have its own frame? It own storage pouch or box or shelf? I know you are an organizer so how is it all organized?

  7. Hi Cheryl, so nice to meet you. Love your sweater (or jumper as we call them here in the UK) and I suspect that you made it yourself. Look forward to seeing more of your work.

  8. I love the video and yes I would never start 12 projects at once. I am to much of one that likes to finish what I start as you are and I don't like stress. Thank you for sharing it was very helpful.
