  4. Love the combination of plants, and your shirt! It cracked me upπŸ˜‚ Thanks to you I’ve started putting veggies and annuals or perennials together in pots and boxes too! I just love the variety and the look of it. Great job Casey!!

  5. Casey, I love the plant combinations that you used in this window box, and I'm looking forward to the updates throughout the growing season. You definitely have a decorator's eye for putting things together. I watched Jason build one of the window boxes, and they look like they will hold up for a really long time! What a cute T-shirt! Stay safe and have a great Memorial Day weekend! ~Margie

  6. So pretty! Please plant a window box for more of a shady location. Mine are on the porch and light but shaded by the roof. Thank you.

  7. I am a native Wisconsinite here in SW Wisconsin too just outside Madison and I love the mix of colors and have been really enjoying your family and videos. But I wonder about the practicality of taller plants like cannas, which can get anyway from 2-10 ft, being planted in a window box, and their height obscuring the view in that window. I recall another season you also planted purple fountain grasses as well and those get absolutely huge too. That may not be an issue in your situation but It might be helpful to make a disclaimer to others on the growing habits of some of these plants so they aren't surprised by the size and to make informed decisions on what is best suited for their situation and landscape.

  8. Love the new format! I could never really see how to plant on an angle and I can somewhat see now. Keep up the good work. Thank you !

  9. Precious arrangement and the new view gives lots of angles.
I want to thank you for your support after mushroom invaded my garden last year the whole area had to be discarded, and it was.
    heartbreaking.
I used more planters for veggies and fruits just to be safe. Today I HARVEST my first πŸ“ πŸ“ strawberries……God bless you and your family πŸ™πŸΌπŸŒΌπŸ“πŸŒΌπŸ™πŸΌ

  10. I have watched your videos and planted my first window boxes this spring. How do I know if I've planted too much? Mine are not as big as yours; I'm worried the roots won't have enough room.

  11. This is such a GREAT video! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I can't wait to try!
