I live in Holly Springs, NC, a suburb just outside of Raleigh in zone 7b, and I’m excited to bring you garden goodies to make your Guam food even more special. After all these years of writing about Guam food, and making Guam food videos, this is going to be a fun era of expanding on my Guam recipe endeavors. I’m drooling over having fresh corn for Chamorro corn soup, perfect eggplant for eggplant in coconut milk, a variety of tomatoes for fina’denne’, and so much more fresh produce for the Guam recipes and Chamorro recipes I’ve been sharing with you since 2006.
