It does seem to be total contradiction. Christianity is about certain beliefs – and it not wrong to call these beliefs "dogmas", To reject all dogma is to reject Christianity.

No doubt Roman Catholicism did a full 180 from Unam Sanctum i.e it is absolutely necessary for salvation for every creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff, no salvation outside of "the church" to ecumenism, pluralism and subjectivity. You need to read the Catechism- dogma, doctrine and the role of Holly Spirit part. I am not a fan of Pope Francis but this video is not in bona fides. It is sad to see we have such divisions inside our faith and it would be good to remember we have to remain under the Holy Sea in order to be Catholic.
