I'm just the only one person for you. I don't have a vipe for Phillipine. I don't mean that I dislike the country. But it's not too much different from where I'm living in now. I'm pretty sure it's a great country. If you do what most people have done, I'm pretty sure that I won't watch much. I normally watch something different from what I already have.
Last year I was planning a trip to indonesia when youtube recommended your channel. Watching your videos, I realised I didn't know thailand as much as I thought even though I've been there 3 times. I'll be back in Thailand in 2 weeks with new places to discover thanks to you.
Btw, Québécois here. I've crossed Canada couple of times. Very doable in the summer months on a motorbike

Your planning strategy is sound. You are doing it right. Also know (keep in mind) that you are always free to alter your goals along the way. Perhaps in late June, do a second assessment of your benchmarks. I am curious to see which country you select for the next adventure. Korea is great I lived in Songtan for a year while in the USAF and visited Japan!! Both great countries. But you must hit up Sturgis with a bike.

The theme of not having many friends, being lonely, and the effort to maintain the façade of "happiness" are a subtle, yet recurring theme in your work. I honor you in recognizing and acknowledging this and being kind of candid about it. Every time I hear this, I admit that I am surprised, but it does make sense, being the nomad that you are. I look at you and think "what a great pal he'd be". Looking a little deeper, it does seem to be a fine line of sanity that you walk upon, and the balance is like an over packed motorcycle, the tumble is just waiting to happen the moment you loose concentration. Knock on wood, but imagine you were in the jungles of the Philippines with a broken bike, and, gods forbid, you got a "dear john" letter from your significant other. I fear that would ruin you for months.
I feel that for >you<, #1 must be to create new real friends, and nurture your current relationships.
Honestly, I'd like to see a series focused only on visiting friends you have, in and outside of the YouTube world, and doing things with them, capturing a small bit for content, wherever they live. What a great excuse to get out and about and it serves your need to make connections, which is VERY important at your age.
It's challenging, I know. I feel like I am your friend, but it's 100% one sided. Not fair to you, because you don't, and can't feel it.
I'd recommend finding a therapist from your cultural background and set up regular remote appointments.
You are a powerful man. You got this.

Paddy, come to South Korea. We will help you make an itinerary that is different from other videos done on South Korea. Busan, Jeju and other famous cities that has been overdone. There is so much to South Korea that people need to see. We live in LA but will join you for few days if you go to South Korea. We will also help you subsidize your travel in South Korea.
My vote is for Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Peru, Mexico, and South Africa. Plug for Tanzania and Namibia. I think those would be great in terms of a change of pace. It’s great you are taking the month off to center yourself, figure out what you want to do, and being intentional about your next steps (instead of just sludging along)

Hi Paddy, looking forward to your 2023 content. Love the idea of doing more live streams ect a great way to feel connected in both ways you more connected to your audience and vice versa. Daily vlogging would be great, though sometimes a 25 minute video is better than 3x 8 minute videos (its alright if your doing what Keis one does more daily life but your road trip series would suit more longer videos)
Philippines is absolutely amazing, you could definitely do that with more flying/tuktuk and hire a bike on the islands so a great mix of travel style as its so big you won't want to buy a bike and attempt to take it to the whole country lol.
Anyway looking forward to Paddy Doyle 2023! I just hope you stay yourself and don't become too "commercialised & fixed"
