Love this design.. refreshing to the eyes
I'd love to move into this charming home! Has great curb appeal with additional outdoor living space. The room flows smoothly. Love the living room with fireplace ( make it gas to old to mess with wood) and bookcases. Kitchen gives natural lighting and plenty of storage. Bedroom has plenty of storage as well. Even space for washer/dryer combo! Great job 👍👍👏🥰

Great curb appeal. The steps to the porch are not too steep so it's easier for people with mobility issues. The living room is lovely but most people like to watch their TV & the only place would be between the book cases above the fireplace. The kitchen is cute too but most people prefer a gas top but if it's induction that is fine. There needs to be more cabinet space unless the person doesn't cook or eat much this will be a problem. The bathroom is cure although a stand alone soaking tub is preferred but for people with mobility issues the shower will be good. The bedroom was lovely. Good job. I would love to see the software you use to create such lovely homes.

Holy cow! That living room with those book shelves could be my favourite place in the world! I do think fireplaces are more for the aesthetic appeal than for functionality, but they lend an old-world charm to any place. I also love most of the colour schemes that you use, including this one.
