When creating my raised bed (vegetable garden) design. I went through many square foot garden plans. Some were good some were bad but, in the end, I found one that is perfect for my small garden. Is simple and elegant! It became my all new square foot gardening layout for 2020!
In this video I will try to come up with a new raised bed garden layout design that fits my new needs. And after that I will show you what a wonderful symmetric square foot garden plant layout I made.
At the end you will have some new knowledge in square foot gardening planning and you will be also able to update your raised bed layout.

How wide will your corridors be?
I saw your comment on Huw Richards video and thought I'd come and support your channel. I love the no dig approach and want to incorporate square foot gardening into it for my limited space in my back garden. Seeing your clear explanation and logic on what to plant where as well as quantities, has given me the confidence and renewed enthusiasm to proceed this way. I love the cottage garden (potager) feel to the design, and had similar ideas for mine, but I'll be incorporating certain flowers between crops and will be doing mine without the wood sides. I'm in the UK that sees a lot of rainfall and so have woodlice, slug and snail issues that can be one more problematic with wood to hide under and in.
