so this house is located in the city I live and I noticed that before I left for the southern domination tour that the house was left abandon and there was a car on blocks… now several months later I have come back from the tour and it has still not been touched. so I decided that I should go ahead and make it look good for the neighbors. I do not know the property owner but I can sympathize with them on the condition that there house was left in. I know that the Landlord is an easy target for people to attack. ex. “oh if they weren’t a slum lord”…etc. etc. look that is shaming the victim of the situation. the only thing that is 100% true in that situation is that the landlord extended trust and gave an opportunity to someone that was not ready for the responsibility’s of being an adult.

those kind of renters give all renters a bad name, now that the pandemic funds are out and people are force to move because they not paid rent in literally years, I see more and more of this. I am shocked the landlord did not clean this up, because in my neck of the woods the city will make you do it, or condemn the property.

Its funny how often I've seen a ratty garbage PT Cruiser left in the driveway of a house im working on. One were the tennants destroyed the place and left garbage all over the yard in the inside is trashed too. Ends up towed away.
