  1. Hi Sean, very sorry to hear that you haven't been well. Like some other members I enjoy the gardening related ones and your rambles. This afternoon I found 3 council boxes that we used to put the bottles etc in and filled them with my supply of fairly rotted horse manure for my hot bed experiment. I have got a long spiked thermometer which I stuck in one of the boxes so it would be good if it showed a reasonably warm temperature. Take care and keep your chin up.

  2. Sorry you are feeling ill, Sean. I especially enjoy when you visit other gardens and when you are potting up plants then planting them in your garden. Your allotment is looking great. It really shows your hard work.

  3. I enjoy the history of walled Gardens and their fruit production. Your voice can be very calming seán during your videos. Take care.

  4. Hi. Get well soon! I’d like to see more on green manure use instead of fertiliser/ animal manure. Thanks ❤

  5. Be well and take care from PEI, zone 5! I enjoy DIY's but often I find videos don't give enough details. BTW, I liked your hot seed starter idea. I've never seen reusable zip ties and didn't know what they were called and was wondering where to get the – Amazon! I enjoy it when you go to gardens and parks around London and the countryside but videos often don't give directions on how to get there. I am constantly on Google maps trying to find where you are.

  6. Sorry that you are not feeling well, I hope you recover soon. I enjoy all your videos, gardening, on the allotment and rambling. You are my favourite YouTube Allotmenteer. Keep safe. hugs

  7. I'm sorry you are not feeling well. I enjoy all your videos, whether you're puttering in your greenhouse or taking a walk about. You are very knowledgeable and very giving of your time and expertise. Rest up so you can have a nice time creating your garden soon.

  8. Hello lad, glad you're feeling a bit better now. Re the web site….as a new gardener, any when to and how to (sow, transplant, plant out, harvest etc.) on vegetables or flowers would be useful for me. Also your thoughts on where to plant things sounds handy too. Take care mate 👍

  9. Hope things improve for you soon Sean. I find a heat pad helps with costochondritis. I like your seed growing and potting on in the greenhouse, development of the plot, which plants to choose etc. the rambles are enjoyable and visits to other plots. Don’t really have time to read the blogs at the moment so I concentrate on the YouTube videos.

  10. R:e The website and what I would find useful and enjoy: 1.Things that you can start earlier at home before the stated times on packets etc which can then be moved to a greenhouse 2. Things that we should sow every 2/3 weeks as I forget to do this 3. Planting things that don't come in seed packets such as garlic 4. Wild foraging and cooking/pickling/fermenting 4. How/when to prune new/established berry bushes 5. Planting fruit trees and caring for them 6. Caring for roses 7. Herbs 8. Microgreens 9. Night time care of your allotment such as protection from certain animals but encouraging other animals such as hedgehogs 10. Cooking with or sharing/swapping your produce with others in the community inc. jam/chutneys etc. Hope this helps. Rest up, take care of yourself 👍

  11. I found you first time when you investigated the Victorian kitchen garden from the TV-series with the gardener Harry Dodson. Still think that's the best TV-series ever made. I like most things you do, but historical reports are always nice. Like old varities, gardening tricks etc.
BTW, a couple of years ago there was an english fellow visiting here and his job happened to be in England in a big apple orchard doing pruning and such. I asked him what they did about birds wanting to eat the fruit? He said they had "automatic air cannons" that fired a shot every 30 minutes. But in the old days, the orchards had a "boy with a shotgun" who fired a shot in the air every now and then. That's a fun story. For my 30 fruit trees I just need a boy. And a shotgun.

  12. 🌹Sending strength and tender healing. Thank you for updating us and can’t wait to see how the website content works out ♥️

  13. Hi Sean- I’m sorry you’ve not been well. Hope you are feeling better. I enjoy all your content. Cheers!

  14. First of all I would like you to be well and healthy! Take care of yourself! Going to your garden is a great time to relax and plan for the Spring planting time. Much Love and Reiki Healing to You, Sean.

  15. I enjoy your rambles, watching your garden evolve with bonus tips and other garden visits.
Thanx and hope your feeling much better soon🌿🌱💚🍀☘

  16. Bless you Sean, I hope you will soon be better again… You take it easy . . More cooking with your own ingredients perhaps ? Maybe trips to garden centres if you have the time, always nice to see what offers appeal to you . Very hard frost here this morning, but the sun is out . .

  17. I would love to see advice on fertilizers and feeding plants but in an organic nature, that would be great, thank you:)

  18. Truly sad to hear about your health problems Sean.. I pray you get completely well very, very soon. Just wondering is it too late to plant bulbs, tulips etc? You know there's nothing that I don't like about what you put out for us, thanks tons!! God bless.. Take good care of yourself.. Warm greetings from Greece.

  19. Hi Sean I do most growing in pots although I have a small 6×6 greenhouse , what to and when to start growing leeks, onions, carrots and can spring onions be grown in a greenhouse I’ve been told no ? , last year I planted courgettes which kept growing but I didn’t get any fruit they would grow to about three inches then go soft at the tip

  20. Sorry to hear that you are ill again…..I hope you can get it sorted. But I'm confused about your title? What is 'gone forever'? I hope not gardening because I think you need to do it…just as I do!

  21. Best wishes with your health. I really liked the videos where you took us on tour of different allotment sites. I love seeing what people are doing in their gardens.

  22. I'm so sorry to hear about your food poisoning and costochondritis, Sean. You know, I had a nasty bout of food poisoning several years ago and I had thrown up so much (and so violently sorry to say), that my chest hurt for quite some time. I went to my chiropractor who told me that I had popped/slipped out a few of my ribs in my thoracic spine and sternum from which accounted for the chest & back pain. I had a few treatments and was right as rain in no time. Anyway, do get better soon! Take care of yourself….

  23. Best wishes for an improvement in your health Sean. With regard to info on a web site. I think your general tips and tricks about all things gardening linked to the time of the year, plus looking ahead say 4 to 6 weeks, is most informative and enjoyable watch. Take care

  24. Hi I first started watching your videos from searching for information about shark fin melons a few years ago. Although you didn’t seem to enjoy the plant we enjoyed the video and have grown the shark fin melon for a few seasons ! So for me unusual vegetables and what can be done with them. I like to know what other allotment plot owners are growing, which varieties and if it’s a good doer. Also suppliers of seeds and plants. Ecofriendly swaps and bargain tips. I actually did enjoy your trips to other places too – but maybe you could visit some other allotments or kitchen gardens. Heligan is great – I’d love to see you do a video about that and you could build in a much needed break in Cornwall as part of your research!

  25. I never looked at your web site , Sean, I come straight here ! Wishing you all the best mate. My costochondritis kicked in again last week which made me think I was having a heart problem. I know this is different to you, but I wanted to support you in knowing how frightening these things can be when we live on our own. Look after yourself . I need you back in the garden to take my mind off my own health!!!

  26. Hi Sean, I hope you’re well on the way to recovery now, maybe it’s time to put your welsh dream into fruition, I’m sure your health would improve if you had the lifestyle you really want ❤️

  27. Hi Sean. Sorry to hear you have been unwell. Hope you are feeling better. I only look at your YouTube videos but the same content on your website would be great. I especially enjoy your gardening tips. Thank you

  28. Hi Sean, I hope you're feeling better soon.I don't mind whatever you post on your website I am sure it will be very interesting all the best Tim.

  29. Take your time and ease back into it gently Sean. For me my garden is therapy following a brain hemorrhage and then, major gastric surgery. Make sure you're recovered enough that you don't cause yourself some harm mate.
I suppose your website would be an easier place to add edits and updates to your material. Best of luck with it x.

  30. Hopefully you’ll be feeling better soon. I always enjoy your videos and advice. On a website I would read advice on how to sow different types of plants and maybe pruning tips. Do you have an online shop? In all honesty I only tend to go online when I’m looking for something specific, generally I watch YouTube. I used to pay Patreon for several sites but found I couldn’t keep up with all the content each week and it sometimes repeated their YouTube content so I was spending money needlessly. I like your channel for the honesty and I like the sound of your calm reassuring words. Take care of yourself 🤗🌱
