I assume you act as the general contractor for these projects?
If so, do you have a video on how you interact with individual companies, and maybe go into how you might handle a bad one that might not be doing work or doing quality work?
Wow this is very impressive. I’m a big fan of the banana trees planted throughout. The Lean to design area is where I would love.
I worked with a landscape architect who would tell everyone he is the professional and design how he wanted. I’m the type of designer who works with the client to give them what they want. At the end of the day it’s the client house and they have to live with it.
Well Done!! I appreciated hearing your part where the clients feel like they are not listened to. I’ve heard so many times that landscape designers present only what they want to do instead of giving the customers an opportunity to express their likes and dislikes. It’s nice to hear a customer say “Thank you for listening and giving me what I want”. Oh, I can imagine this family is extremely happy with their amazing back yard.
Love how modern it is! I have a question. If a planting area is a foot lower than my pool but right beside it, should I do rock, crushed granite, or mulch? I’ve heard that mulch could blow into my pool, but I haven’t seen mulch blowing out of the front bed down into the grass.
