  1. Talk about a trifecta. Can I order these from you? Love this 2 minute format. You’re the BEST! I’m in 9b SoCal but have learned soooooo much from you.

  2. Well i started 3 kinds 10.days.ago.ans.nadda

ABSOLUTELY ZERO came up all new.seeds…i have.about 20 other flats so i know.what im doing
And the story gets much.much.worse as i spent 65 dollar. At this. Well known u rube seed.company and
    never got ANY

AND.THEY RUDLY BLEW ME OFF ..AT THE MONTHLY. GARDEN CLUB I TOLD MY FRIENDS AND THEY KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHO IT WAS

AND ONE ALSO ORDER.TOMATOES .FROM THEM AND HERS.DID.NOT.COME UP EITHER!!! SOOO SHE GAVE.ME SEVERAL NEW PACKETS FROM THIS COMPANY THUS I KNOW.HOW BAD.THEIR.SEEDS ARE THAT I NEVER.GOT!!

NEEDLESS TO.SAY THIS COMPANY LOST EVERY MEMBER AS A. CUSTOMER.

THIS OWNER IS A LARGE MAN ON.U TUBE

    U CAN PROBABLY GUESS

  3. Haven't tried any of these yet either.
Have you tried coyote tomatoes they are yellow cherry type. I'm always growing them they seem to outperform all my others and they are really good. Different but good

  4. My best tomatoes came from Celebrity last year my daughter bought it at a nursery but I think they brought in horn worms because I never had them before. im trying Sun Gold , Pineapple and Ponderosa,Pink Oxheart this year, hopefully its not as cold as it was last year so I can get them transplanted early.

  5. I also got the Celebrity Plus F1. Hopefully it produces more than I can eat so I can share with other people.

  6. Looking forward to hearing your opinion on them. I'm not going to add them to my garden this summer though; I keep trying to cut down on the number of different types of plants I'm growing because I get carried away & it gets to be too much for me! But will definitely consider them in future if they do well for you. Thanks for the heads up.

  7. I will be growing Rio Grande, Abu Rowan, Al Kuffa and I got some Early Girls growing in the Greenhouse. Our biggest concern is heat and drought. I look forward to 🌱 Spring.

  8. Wish I liked tomatoes. I keep trying different varieties because there is so many I figured there must be one out there I like. Haven't found it yet. Going to try sungold select 2 this season. We'll see how it goes. Good luck sir!

  9. Im interested to hear the reports on the plus varieties as to how they compare taste wise. A new determinate variety im growing this year that im excited about is Pink Delicious.

  10. I gave up gardening in the ground for quite a few years because of tree roots, moles and root knot nematodes. Last year, I bought Earthboxes and decided that was the way for me to garden. I grew lettuces early, then a Sun Sugar cherry tomato, which was wonderful! I only found one hornworm all season–a baby–but I feel like I might see more this year, since I'm expanding my tomato selections. I plan on monitoring at night with a blacklight.

If it works like I hope, I'll be trying Brandywine Pink, Kellogg's Breakfast, Black Krim, Rose and another Sun Sugar. With all the hype about the taste of heirlooms, I got sucked into that this year, just curious, as I've never eaten an heirloom that I know of. I think I would probably be just as satisfied with the improved Celebrity, always liked the original. Right now, with the cold weather, I'm trying to coax some old Tom Thumb lettuce seeds to sprout. 🙏

I hope you have great success with the new Celebrity and the others you've chosen. Keep us posted! We're in NE Texas, zone 8a, so I pay a lot of attention to what you say.

  11. It's nice to find disease-resistant varieties. We will even develop new ones when we find out how such resistance is provided. I understand that lots of people are against GMOs. But this kind of plants can be safely made using the GMO technology, and I hope lots more people will understand it is safe.

  12. You ever think about grafting Brandywine Yellow onto a disease resistant vigorous root stock? That would be interesting.

  13. Thanks for the good tips, but now I have to buy more land cause there's so many great new things to grow! I'm growing too much & need a "plant intervention."

  14. Ordered all three because why not. We will see how they do up here in the northern part of NH. 👍

  15. I just got my tomato seeds from tomato growers last week! Almost got the Celebrity Plus like you did, but I ended up going with the Big Beef Plus Hybrid instead. I also got the Bush Early Girl Hybrid, Arkansas Traveler and trying out the Sun Gold and Super Sweet 100s for the first time.

  16. I am subscribed to both of your channels and really enjoy your videos. Over the last 30+ years I have grown over 400 (mostly heirloom) tomato varieties. Because of your videos, I have started more hybrids and determinant types over the last couple of years. I found a cherry tomato that is even better than Sungold. It is called Pink Princess and everyone says Wow!! to it. It is so good, that one year (before I started seed sowing), I drove almost 7 hours round trip just to get Pink Princess tomato seedlings. It is that good. I would love to send you some seeds to try. As a fellow gardener, I love to share when I find something absolutely incredible. If you share your mailing address, I would be happy to send you some free seeds. Thanks and have a great week! Ciao!

  17. "The Trifecta of awesome "…that's your fiance, you and Dale!!!!🐕👩‍🌾👨‍🔧🦋🍀😉👍💜💕

  18. Hello! Your videos are awesome! Thanks so much for all the helpful information! Where did you purchase the seeds you recommended?

  19. Darn you! Now you made me hungry for a cherry tomato at 3 a.m. and none in the fridge. None outside either but plenty of snow! 😆
